Ginny Mahoney – Instructor

A lifelong athlete, Ginny found yoga while looking for a way to train smarter rather than harder. As she began to practice regularly, she was surprised to discover that the benefits of yoga extended far beyond the physical; she found the mental benefits to be equal to, if not more substantial than, the physical benefits, especially as a means of relieving stress and anxiety.

Ginny is a certified Yoga Alliance RYT-200 Instructor and completed her training in 2015 under the guidance of Justin Wolfer. In teaching yoga, Ginny has truly found her passion. She regularly takes workshops and trainings to improve her skills, refine her knowledge, and offer more effective classes.

Ginny teaches a strong and powerful Vinyasa flow with an emphasis on connecting the mind, body and breath. She especially enjoys working with athletes; she works with several high school and youth sports teams and teaches a Yoga for Athletes class at Radiance. Ginny’s classes are designed for students of all levels. With every class, her intention is to leave her students feeling calm, refreshed and empowered
