Randi Jurus – Instructor
As a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, Randi teaches a Vinyasa style yoga class. Her yoga teaching led her to study at the Lotus Palm School in Montreal and became certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork. Randi is also a certified movement specialist as she incorporates the functional movement system (FMS) in her personal training. Her certification in fitness training also includes Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification (HKC), Primal Moves and Original Strength (OS) certification.
